What is MAT?

MAT (Management Aptitude Test) is conducted multiple times a year by AIMA (All India Management Association) and is accepted by a wide network of private B-schools across India. Its repeated-attempt format gives candidates more flexibility than a single-shot annual exam.

Preparation Strategy

Because MAT runs multiple times a year, many candidates use an earlier attempt as a live mock and improve for a later one. Focus preparation time proportionally across all five sections rather than over-indexing on Quant alone, since General Awareness and Language Comprehension carry equal section weight.
